Refund/Change Policy

Steps for return process,
1. Sign in GidiaKids.com by entering your email and password from the "Login" Section at the top.
2. On the My Account page, go to "Order History".
3. Select your relevant order with refund/change.
4. Click on the" return " button to the right of the product you want to refund/exchange..
5. After select refund options and write down return note, click on the "Continue" button..
6. Do not close the page immediately. Wait a few seconds for your transaction to be approved.
7. You have started the refund process, just enter the "View Your Return Requests" section on the My Account page.
8. You can follow up on the refund process.

-The return period is 7 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).
-Do not forget to send the invoices of the products with the returned products.

-The returned product process is as follows;
1. Once the product reaches us, it is checked for compliance with the terms of return.
2. If the product meets the return requirements, the return process is completed within 2-10 days..
3. If the product does not comply with the return requirements, it will be returned to your address.
